Preheat Oven to 350°
1/2 Tsp vanilla
1 Cup Veggie Oil
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cup Flour
3 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Fine Coconut
Coconut to Sprinkle
For the Coconut to stick better to cake top.
Use 1 Tsp Sugar/1 Tsp Water mixture brushed on top as in the video
