The modifications I did without the ball were for the ball roll things I did glute bridges and then walked my heels out and brought them back in, and for the ball throws I did squats touching the floor. Hope that helps!

I mean sure hate her for other things, bht hating her for simply getting surgery is dumb af. Lots of youtubers that we love has surgery, like Jeferee Star. News flash!!! Nothing besides genetics or surgery gives you a big butt like the Kardashians and Kylie Jenner. Exercise will lift and tone, but it won't magically give you a huge *ss. Sorry folks…💯

Hi Cassey. I don't mean to critique this video, but I didn't see an 'at home' version for some of these moves. For example there was no alternative for the weight ball, so I had to create my own by elevating my pelvis and using my heels to step out and in (something that I've seen on one of your other videos).
