The song is great, the video is poor.
Great song. I love the Queen-touch at 1.07 – 1.33.

Aesthetic ユ゠ガ
Next time i get Robux ill buy matt Bellamy clothes and look like him that whole year
I do not regret watching muse since March 2017 😃
I do like how muse change up their genres and mix and match and stuff… But I can't help but be disappointed… I feel this song is simply an experiment into what non-muse listeners would listen to with the chorus of people singing "ohhhhh" in the chorus to just having two different riffs in the song.
I've talked with my girlfriend, who only really listens to the radio and likes something that is basic and catchy, otherwise known as songs with only one or two riffs in it, otherwise known as almost every song that is popular and over played.
What I feel muse did with this was play round with music that the casual music listener appreciates, not what muse does best… Like have tensions in the chord progression, or have mixing elements to their songs and progressing intensities to their songs…
I appreciate that they experimented around to get listeners that arnt already part of the muse community but what disappoints me is that the last time we saw a boots on the ground heavy riff that has tensions and varies of intensities was The Handler back in 2015. It's 2018 now and all we have is a cover to an old punk rock song, and two cliché poppy sounding songs to appeal to the people outside the muse community.
What the shit! Why didn't I get a notification for this but I did for every other one
Thought Contagion is a mix of Uprising with some touches of Origin of Symmetry and The 2nd Law and i love it. It is agressive yet so sofisticated. I can't wait for the new album!
Perfection
When the musical episode of Buffy meets the Thriller music video, I think I like it.
So, if we are living in an 80s nostalgia era, 50 years ahead, 10s nostalgia is gonna be actually 80s nostalgia?
I DONT KNOW… IT SOUNDS LIKE A KIND OF "NEW BORN"
It's like more a pop song but good song
Better than I thought it would be

Great song though, stuck in my head!
with each listen this song grows on me more and more.
I don't see any trace of the fact that Muse was, a long time ago, a band that made good music.
Came to read the comments just to see if I was the only one who thought of Michael Jackson, not disappointed! #LongLiveTheKing! 💕
Video was not “thrilling” – song weak
Too much “texture” Mattie… give me some ffing ‘lead guitar’.
I wish they'd post the live version, too
Omg this is soo good love everything about song and video !! I dint know why but this is soo satisfying !!!
It reminded me of Back to the Future too. ☺🚗☇
Am loving MUSE, 👄 so contagion, ha ha, wicked as 👄💜
Why this remember me of Tokyo Ghoul
Matt is always coming up with ways to twist the music scene around in his own quirky ways, love the video and music. Been a fan before the hype.
Ok this video confirm my suspects we lost them
It sounds exactly like Shinsuke Nakanura's theme song from WWE
One of the best tracks and videos in this millennium.
