i know someone with delayed sleep syndrome which is similar to being a night owl but not the same thing. a person with delayed sleep syndrome often experience fatigue when on a 9-5 schedule but when they have the ability to sleep late (around 1-4 am) and wake up late they display normal sleep habits and aren’t tired (i’m not an expert so go research this yourself)

Pretty sure I'm predisposed to being a night owl. I've been on a reverse sleep schedule where I'm up the entire night and sleep during the day for the last few years since ending school and since switching I felt a lot better. I definitely felt like I was jet-lagged everyday before because my body didn't want to be awake during the day and asleep at night

Yea, anxiety and not doing what you love…can really exhaust you much. Or doing things that you hate to do…is exhausting too
But sometimes it can be a soul problem. I had body vitality and mind vitality…but I have done things in live to my soul that was not very good. For example staying there with people who I could not like that much, but did not wanted to be unfriendly and stayed there still. Or I was at a job doin things that I hated, just for earning money. The job was the total opposite of my inner life…and that made me fatigue all the time, very very out of energy, out of powers
In school, im tired. At home, im not tired. At quarantine, im awake at 6am.
Who else can fall asleep for a nap in two minutes but takes 15 minutes to fall asleep for the night.

Actually what they said about exercising is sooo true, even though my lazy friends would like it to be a myth that am making to encourage them to be more active, cause the thing is that am very active usually (I play karate 3 times a week ) and that made me feel more energetic even though I spent more energy working out rather then staying still and preserving it like they are and that was really true cause since the qurantine started I stopped karate for obvious reasons and working out and being active in general and that lead me to become more and more exhausted physically and emotionally and mentally and when ever I did do some really easy physical activity even if it was just washing the dishes, I felt sooo much better like seriously it felt like a breath of fresh air so do sport kids just be active even if you just do your chores you'll feel better I promise but most importantly just try to stay consistent with it to really feel it long term, oh also on a side note sport and staying active helps wonders with period pain
